Sunday - Thursday: 10AM to 6PM
Friday and Saturday: 10AM to 8:00PM
Inclement weather conditions may affect beach opening and closing hours. In case of heavy rain and/or thunder, the beach will be closed. The management company will email the community to notify them of any delayed opening or early closing.
Beach pass pick-up for owners: Owners can pick up beach passes at the LHE beach during open beach hours. If you send someone else to pick up your passes, you must notify FSR before pick-up.

Quiet hours are daily from 11 PM - 7 AM
Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly forbidden
A $625 fine will be incurred for every occurrence
While we hope you don’t, should you need to file a complaint…
Calling 911 is recommended to report any violation or complaint.
911 can be used for reporting both emergency and non-emergency situations.
