Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are daily from 11 PM - 7 AM

Fireworks

Fireworks are strictly forbidden

A $625 fine will be incurred for every occurrence

  • Trash pickup is every Monday morning with the exception of the Memorial and Labor Day holidays, when pick up will be moved to the following Tuesday.

    Keep trash indoors until checkout. At checkout, place all trash in appropriate trash bags, tied securely and placed in the property trash receptacle/bin.

    (Under no circumstances is trash to be placed on the ground, on top of the trash receptacle/bin or in a neighbor’s trash receptacle/bin.)

    Fines associated with not cleaning up trash properly:

    Improper Trash Placement at Curb $125.00 first occurrence, $250.00 for each additional occurrence

    a. Trash mess necessitating cleanup

    b. Putting trash out after weekly collection

    c. Not using trash cans w/secure lids

    d. Not having enough cans

    e. Trash cans/bins in disrepair

    f. Trash bin access not cleared

  • Roadway Usage Violation $100.00 first occurrence, $200.00 for each additional occurrence

    Including but not limited to the following criteria:

    a. Parking on LHE roads

    b. Parking on LHE road shoulders

    c. Use of ATVs, snowmobiles and other non-standard vehicles

    d. Reckless Driving

    e. Prohibited Vehicle (Unlicensed/unregistered) $100.00 per each vehicle/per month

    Note: Towing, if needed is at the owner’s expense.

  • Please call 911 to report unruly noise and behavior during quiet hours, use of fireworks or any other unsafe activity.

    911 can be used to report both emergency and non-emergency situations.

    You can use this form to report a violation.

All renters and guests must comply with the following Rules and Regulations of Lake Harmony Estates (LHE) and Kidder Township.  Violations of the Rules and Regulations may subject owners and guests to fines, loss of amenity privileges and/or removal from LHE.   

All renters and guests shall:

  1. Observe quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. in accordance with Kidder Township Ordinances.  

  2. NOT engage in excessive noise, including, but not limited to, music, parties, pets, shouting, screaming or noise-making devices. 

  3. NOT set off or use fireworks or floating lanterns in LHE. (Violators shall be subject to significant fines by both Kidder Township and the Lake Harmony Estates POA.)

  4. NOT park vehicles on or along LHE roads.  All such vehicles must be parked in the property owner’s driveway.  (Off-street parking is NOT permitted at any time and is subject to fines by both Kidder Township and the Lake Harmony Estates POA).

  5. Keep trash indoors until checkout.  At checkout, place all trash in appropriate trash bags, tie shut securely and place in the property trash receptacle/bin.  (Under no circumstances is trash to be placed on the ground, on top of the trash receptacle/bin or in a neighbor’s trash receptacle/bin.)  

  6. NOT operate ATV’s, UTV’s, dirt bikes or any other offroad vehicles LHE roads.

  7. NOT walk a dog or other house pet without a leash nor keep pets outdoors.  

  8. Clean up after your pet.

  9. Conduct yourself in an appropriate manner, acting in a socially acceptable and responsible manner at all times.

  10. Enter and vacate LHE in accordance with your lease agreement.  (Any person within LHE without authorization or a valid reason may be deemed a trespasser).

  11. Maintain the property in a good, safe and well-kept manner at all times.  (Violators may be subject to loss of LHE privileges, removal from LHE and/or other enforcement actions).

  12. NOT have an outdoor open fire.  (Small closed-container fires and gas or charcoal grills may be used in accordance with Kidder Township Ordinances).  

  13. NOT discharge firearms, bow & arrows, BB guns, or other projectile propelling devices within LHE. 

  14. NOT hunt or target practice in LHE.

  15. NOT use the property owner’s badge(s) to access the beach area or the property owner’s key(s) to access the marina, boat dock slips, boat launch area or tennis/shuffleboard court.  (Tenant shall only use tenant beach badges provided by the property owner to access the beach or pay the required fee to access the beach and/or the tennis/shuffleboard court.)  

  16. NOT use the LHE Beach House and Beach House Grounds.  (Property Owners’ use only).  

  17. Observe all recreational facilities’ rules and hours of operation.

  18. Use the recreational facilities, including, but not limited to, the beach, swimming area or tennis/shuffleboard facilities AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  19. Comply with all PA Vehicle Code rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, compliance with posted speed limits and parking requirements.
